I started at Walsh Projects as a National Site Manager for teams of 5-10 people, working on various projects. My focus was on aligning my teams’ output with the clients’ requirements and expectations which stimulated my problem-solving abilities on an exponential scale. After 4 years I became a Shareholder in the company. My focus shifted to Business Development and Networking.
